KING INTL INV (00928) announced that Ms. Yang Xilin is no longer serving as an independent non-executive director and has resigned as the chair of the audit committee and remuneration committee, as well as a member of the nomination committee, effective from April 10, 2025. Mr. Liu Zhong has been appointed as the chair of the remuneration committee, effective from April 10, 2025.
