SAMSONITE (01910) announced that on April 9, 2025, the Remuneration Committee (approved by independent non-executive directors) proposed to grant restricted share units to the company's CEO, Mr. Kyle Francis Gendreau, exceeding the 0.1% individual limit. The proposal will be considered and approved at the annual general meeting of shareholders to be held on June 3, 2025.
