DIDA INC (02559) announced that all delivery conditions under the share subscription agreement have been met, and delivery has been made in accordance with the terms and conditions of the share subscription agreement on the date of this announcement. Following the delivery, the Company's indirect wholly-owned subsidiary Lightwind Global Limited holds a total of approximately 1.544 billion Class A ordinary shares of Youxin Limited (a company controlled by Mr. Li Bin, a non-executive director of the Company), representing approximately 2.5% of Youxin Limited's enlarged issued share capital. Youxin Limited will not become a subsidiary of the Company, and its financial performance will not be consolidated into the Group's financial statements.
