Wuxi Taiji Industry (600667.SH) announced that on April 9, 2025, the company received a proposal letter from the chairman of the board, Mr. Sun Hongwei, regarding the repurchase of a portion of the company's shares by Wuxi Taiji Industry Co., Ltd. The total amount of funds for this repurchase of shares is between 100 million and 120 million RMB. The repurchased shares are intended to be cancelled and the company's registered capital reduced accordingly.
