RA SILK ROAD appoints Xianji as the new appointed auditor.

RA SILK ROAD (00274) announced that Tien Chan International Certified Public Accountants has resigned as the company's auditor, effective April 8, 2025, due to the inability to reach an agreement with the company on the audit fees for the comprehensive financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2025. After considering the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors has decided to appoint Sunrise Accounting Firm Limited as the new auditor of the company to fill the temporary vacancy left by Tien Chan's resignation, effective April 8, 2025. The term of Sunrise's appointment will last until the end of the company's next annual general meeting of shareholders.
