, Zhongsheng Holdings (00881) announced that (i) Mr. Shen Jinjun has resigned as an independent non-executive director of the company, a member of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee, and Chairman of the Nomination Committee; and (ii) Ms. Zheng Baochuan has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of the company, a member of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee, and Chairman of the Nomination Committee, all effective from April 8, 2025.
