Shares". In order to promote the company's sustained, stable, and healthy development, enhance investor confidence, effectively safeguard investor rights and interests, and maintain the stability of the capital market, Telecommunications Group promises to all investors: Except where there are clear requirements from laws, regulations, national policies, and regulatory agencies, Telecommunications Group will not actively reduce its holdings of New Guomai Digital Culture shares within the next five years. During this commitment period, if New Guomai Digital Culture engages in activities such as capital surplus to increase share capital, issuing bonus shares, rights offering, or additional issuances, the newly acquired shares by Telecommunications Group will also adhere to the commitment of not reducing holdings.
