CMRU (01636) announced that, as all conditions for the share consolidation have been met, the share consolidation will take effect on April 9, 2025. The consolidated shares will begin trading at 9:00 am on April 9, 2025. Additionally, as the special resolution was not passed, the capital reduction and share split have not yet become unconditional. The board of directors is currently considering proposing the capital reduction and share split again at a later time.
