GREENTOWN CHINA (03900) announced that Mr. Qiu Dong (Mr. Qiu) plans to resign as an independent non-executive director, effective from April 4, 2025. Due to his advancing age, Mr. Qiu intends to focus on academic research, compilation, and publishing. His resignation letter, with a submission date of April 3, 2025, has been accepted. Therefore, he will no longer serve as an independent non-executive director, as well as a member of the Board's Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee, and Nomination Committee.
