SYNERTONE (01613) announced that, due to the inability of Grant Thornton Hong Kong LLP to reach an agreement with the company on the audit fees for the audit of the group's comprehensive financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2025, Grant Thornton has resigned as the company's auditor, effective from April 1, 2025. Based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors has decided to appoint Poy Sun as the new auditor of the company, effective from April 2, 2025, to fill the temporary vacancy left by Grant Thornton's resignation, with a term until the end of the company's next annual general meeting of shareholders.
