Hong Kong IT service company ChowChow Cloud has submitted an application for listing on the US stock market, aiming to raise $11 million.

Hong Kong digital transformation consulting and other IT service provider ChowChow Cloud International Holdings submitted an initial public offering application to the US Securities and Exchange Commission on Tuesday, raising up to $11 million.
The company plans to issue 2.6 million shares at a price range of $4.00 to $4.50 per share, raising $11 million. Based on the midpoint of the proposed range, ChowChow Cloud International Holdings' market value will reach $149 million.
ChowChow Cloud International Holdings operates through Sereno Cloud Solution, offering services including digital transformation consulting, professional IT services, AI-driven active cloud hosting services, and IT infrastructure solutions. The company primarily operates in the Asia Pacific region, with a strong presence in Hong Kong and Singapore, but has expanded its business to other regions such as the Philippines, Taiwan, Indonesia, and Australia.
Founded in 2014, ChowChow Cloud International Holdings had revenue of $19 million for the 12 months ending June 30, 2024.
The company plans to list on the US sub section of the New York Stock Exchange, but has not yet selected a stock symbol. Maxim Group LLC is the sole book-running manager for the transaction.
