Ruida Futures (002961.SZ) announced that, in order to improve the efficiency and returns of its own funds, and fully leverage the professional expertise and capabilities of Ruida Xinkong and its subsidiaries in derivatives trading, Ruida Xinkong and its subsidiaries plan to use their own funds to invest in financial products and derivatives trading to increase company revenue. This will be done without affecting normal operations and effectively controlling risks, in order to create better investment returns for shareholders. The maximum amount of funds used for financial investment and derivatives trading at any point in time will not exceed RMB 500 million (including RMB 500 million).
