CHINA KEPEI (01890) affiliated with Hunan Vocational School and signed a cooperation agreement with Hunan Vocational School.

CHINA KEPEI (01890) announced on April 1, 2025 that its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary Tibet Kepei had entered into a cooperation agreement with the organizers of Hunan Vocational School and Hunan Vocational School. The agreement involves the comprehensive management of Hunan Vocational School, including but not limited to managing its assets, operations, finance, liabilities, and human resources. Additionally, according to the cooperation agreement, Tibet Kepei, Hunan Vocational School, Ren Yuqi, and guarantors have entered into a financing support contract. As such, Tibet Kepei (or other designated member companies of the group) has agreed to provide loan financing to Hunan Vocational School to support its ongoing operation and development. The announcement stated that with its rich experience in school management in the education industry, entering into the cooperation agreement and financing support contract can enable the group to promote its business growth by providing management and consulting services to Hunan Vocational School. The cooperation agreement and financing support contract not only enable the group to generate income from service fees and interest payments from Hunan Vocational School, but also allow the group to expand its business to Hunan Province and enhance its reputation in the field of private higher education in China.
