SHANGHAI FUDAN (01385) announced that Shanghai Fudan Microelectronics Group Co., Ltd. received a letter from Shanghai Fudan Repurchase Science and Technology Industry Holdings Co., Ltd. on April 1, 2025, regarding the participation of Shanghai Fudan Microelectronics Group shares in the subscription of securities investment fund units. Fudan Repurchase intends to participate in the exchange for Shanghai Fudan Microelectronics Group shares held within 3 months after 15 trading days starting from April 2, 2025, to purchase SSE Composite Index Exchange Traded Open-end Index Securities Investment Fund units / CSI 500 Exchange Traded Open-end Index Securities Investment Fund units / CSI Shanghai State-owned Enterprises Exchange Traded Open-end Index Securities Investment Fund units. The shares that Fudan Repurchase intends to participate in the exchange do not exceed 1% of the total number of company shares, i.e., not exceeding 8,214,273 shares.
