Zhongtai released a research report stating that in 2024, the "low-altitude economy" was mentioned for the first time in the government work report. With the continuous release and improvement of policies, the progress of eVTOL technology and the increasing demand for urban air transport, the eVTOL aircraft industry is continuing to develop. The current low-altitude economy sector has transitioned from a speculative theme to a sectoral opportunity. The short-term hype has faded, and it is more important to return to rationality, focusing on the sustainable development opportunities of the low-altitude industry from the perspective of the industrial end, with a key focus on order fulfillment and performance elasticity.
Looking ahead to 2025, as a niche track closely related to policies this year, 2025 is also expected to continue to receive high attention and support from the country, with the possibility of further subsidies and the gradual improvement of supporting policy systems. Aircraft manufacturers, low-altitude infrastructure construction, and operations are expected to be the first beneficiaries of the planned pace in the sector, with the potential for intensive catalysis.
