According to the finance APP, Gemini Space Station, a New York cryptocurrency exchange, has increased the size of its initial public offering (IPO) to $433 million. According to a document submitted to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on Tuesday, the company has raised the IPO price range from $17-19 per share to $24-26 per share, with a total of 16.7 million shares to be issued. With the new pricing range, the company's valuation is estimated to reach approximately $3.1 billion. The company plans to list on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the stock symbol "GEMI".
