The 80th session of the United Nations General Assembly opened at the United Nations headquarters in New York on the afternoon of the 9th. The theme of the new session of the General Assembly is "Working Together: Promoting Peace, Development, and Human Rights for Eight Decades, Continuing the Past and Opening up a New Chapter".
