Wisdom Finance APP News, Jielii Trading Treasure (08017) announced that after increasing the capital of its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary TradeGo Markets Limited by HK$43 million on July 29, 2025, in order to further support the expansion of TGM business, the company plans to increase capital of TGM by another HK$40 million. After this capital increase, the total paid-up capital of TGM will be HK$120 million, and the company's shareholding in TGM will remain unchanged.
