According to the Wisdom Finance APP, Yang Mingyi, senior co-chairman of the research department of Central Plains Real Estate, pointed out that in the first 8 months of 2025, a total of 2,989 residential parking spaces in Hong Kong were registered for sale (including first-hand and second-hand), with a total value of 43.39 billion Hong Kong dollars, an increase of 8.7% and 3.6% compared to 2,750 transactions and 41.86 billion Hong Kong dollars in the same period in 2024.
