HSBC: It is expected that the retail market for inbound tourism in China will see strong growth in the next 10 years.
According to the Wisdom Financial APP, Morgan Stanley released a research report stating that the size of China's inbound tourism retail market is expected to grow more than threefold in the next 10 years, increasing from $14 billion in 2024 to $60 billion in 2034. The proportion of China's overall tourism retail market will increase from 10% to 25%, with the increasing number of global famous brands and constantly optimized shopping experiences being key driving factors.
