Polymer Materials Announcement: The company, in partnership with Hantou, has jointly established an SPC to acquire the business sector of SK Enpulse Co., Ltd. related to blank masks, using its own or self-raised funds of 68 billion Korean won. The company's direct or indirect contribution proportion shall not be less than 95%. This transaction does not constitute a related-party transaction nor a significant asset restructuring.
