Longsoft Technology announced that shareholder Li Shangrong plans to transfer 1,253,205 shares, accounting for 1.72% of the total share capital of the company, through inquiry transfer. The transferor has negotiated with CICC to determine the lower limit of the transfer price, which shall not be less than 70% of the average stock trading price of the 20 trading days prior to the sending of the subscription invitation letter.
