Yinxix Technology announced that the company has completed the repurchase and cancellation of 5.7835 million shares, representing 1.21% of the total share capital before the repurchase. The repurchase price was 3.17 yuan per share, with a total repurchase amount of 18.3337 million yuan plus the interest on the deposits held by the People's Bank of China for the same period. After the completion of this repurchase and cancellation, the total share capital of the company has been reduced from 480 million shares to 474 million shares.
