Huatai Securities (06886.HK): Huatai International guarantees the issuance of $68 million medium-term notes by Huatai International Finance.

China Taojin Financial APP News, Huatai Securities (06886.HK) announced that its overseas wholly-owned subsidiary, Huatai International Financial Holdings Limited (Huatai International), established a medium-term note program (MTN Program) with a maximum principal amount of $3 billion (or equivalent in other currencies) on October 27, 2020. This MTN Program is guaranteed by Huatai International (this guarantee). On September 9, 2025, Huatai International Finance issued two medium-term notes under the MTN Program, with issuance amounts of $0.25 million and $0.43 million respectively. Based on the exchange rate of 1 USD to 7.1030 RMB on August 29, 2025, the total guarantee amount is equivalent to 483 million RMB.
