Playful: Sign an exclusive distribution and operation authorization agreement with the Garfield Family IP.

Greedy Play Announcement, wholly-owned subsidiary Guangzhou Lilila Culture Entertainment Co., Ltd. signed the "GARFIELD Family IP Licensing Agreement" with Chengdu Mowan Coffee Culture Communication Co., Ltd. According to the licensing agreement, as the exclusive general authorized distributor of the film "THE GARFIELD MOVIE" in the Greater China region, Chengdu Mowan Coffee will grant Lilila the "exclusive exclusive license" for the development and sales of non-functional trendy three-dimensional products such as figures, blind boxes, sculptures, building blocks, and plush products. The license period is from September 1, 2025 to May 17, 2030. Chengdu Mowan Coffee will collaborate with Lilila to develop and operate the Garfield family IP ecological community.
