Permira and Blackstone Group spent 525 million US dollars to acquire a minority stake in Property Finder.

On September 9th, global private equity firms Permira and Blackstone Group released a statement announcing that they will acquire a minority stake in real estate development company Property Finder valued at $525 million. The statement also mentioned that as part of the transaction, the early investor in Property Finder, the Middle Atlantic Investment Group, has sold some of their shares starting in 2018 but still retains a significant minority stake.
