Tencent releases AI CLI and announces the start of public beta for CodeBuddy IDE.

On September 9th, Tencent Cloud launched a new AI CLI tool, CodeBuddy Code, and announced that CodeBuddy IDE has begun public testing, open for use by all users without the need for an invitation code. The domestic version supports DeepSeek, with all functions available for unlimited use; the international version supports mainstream models such as GPT and Gemini, and can simultaneously consume Pro model quotas in both IDE and CLI.
