Hong Kong management and technical consulting company Barentsz Capital (BRKK.US) is applying to be listed in the United States and plans to raise $5 million.

According to the Zhixin Financial APP, Barentsz Capital, a management and technology consulting company headquartered in Hong Kong, submitted its initial public offering (IPO) application to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on Monday, seeking to raise up to $5 million. The company plans to list on the Nasdaq with the stock symbol "BRKK". The company has not disclosed the pricing terms yet.
