Sichuan-Chongqing jointly compiled the "Chengdu-Chongqing Hydrogen Corridor Construction Plan" to build a strategic support point for the development of the national hydrogen energy industry.

On September 8th, the Chengdu-Chongqing Expressway Hydrogen Corridor and Hydrogen Energy Industry "Four Enterprise" Joint Promotion Conference was held. It is reported that Sichuan and Chongqing are jointly preparing the "Chengdu-Chongqing Hydrogen Corridor Construction Plan", using three expressways between Chengdu and Chongqing as the link to connect multiple logistics hub bases for large-scale freight demonstrations. The plan is to develop the Chengdu-Chongqing Hydrogen Corridor into a strategic support point for the innovation and development of the national hydrogen energy industry in 3-5 years. The construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing Hydrogen Corridor focuses on innovation-driven development, forming a high-energy level innovation platform for the hydrogen energy industry and carrying out key core technology research and development along the entire industry chain from production to storage, transportation, and utilization. It also emphasizes collaboration and coordination, strengthening the coordination between Chengdu and Chongqing, local and national government policy coordination, and coordination between state-owned enterprises and social capital to accelerate the implementation of a number of major projects. Demonstrating leadership, the experience of operating the Chengdu-Chongqing Hydrogen Corridor will gradually expand to the Yangtze River Economic Belt Hydrogen Corridor and the Western Land-Sea New Passage Hydrogen Corridor.
