Hong Kong has jumped to fourth place globally in the "2025 World Talent Ranking" and ranks first in Asia.

According to the Zhtng Finance APP, on September 9th, the International Institute for Management Development in Lausanne, Switzerland released the "2025 World Talent Ranking". Hong Kong jumped significantly from ninth place last year to fourth place, the highest ranking ever and also the number one in Asia. Hong Kong's rankings for all three talent competitiveness factors have risen for the second consecutive year in the "ranking". Among them, the "attractiveness" ranking has climbed eight places to twentieth; the rankings for "readiness" and "investment and development" have both risen one place, ranking third and twelfth respectively. In terms of various indicators, the percentage of science graduates in Hong Kong continues to rank first globally, financial skills have risen to third globally, and management executive salaries and management education effectiveness both rank fifth globally.
