Hangzhou seeks opinions: By 2027, achieve a total industrial output value of over 20 billion yuan for various types of intelligent robots.

The Hangzhou Economic and Information Technology Bureau is soliciting opinions on the "Three-Year Action Plan for Strengthening the Chain and Filling the Gaps in Intelligent Robots with Physical Capabilities in Hangzhou." The draft for soliciting opinions points out that from 2025 to 2027, the focus will be on tasks such as technology research and development, product supply, scenario expansion, and ecosystem cultivation in the field of intelligent robots with physical capabilities, with the aim of solidifying the innovation chain, strengthening the industrial chain, and creating an innovative and entrepreneurial ecosystem to achieve the "1134" work goal. Taking humanoid robots as the innovation leader, a "three-five group" product matrix will be constructed, aiming to develop three or more mass-produced humanoid robot products and five or more mass-produced biomimetic robot products by the end of 2027, cultivating a batch of intelligent robot and other smart equipment products with strong market competitiveness. By 2027, the total industrial output value of various intelligent robot whole machine enterprises in the physical intelligence industry will exceed 20 billion yuan, and the total industrial output value of the industrial chain will exceed 30 billion yuan.
