18A, 18C, De-SPAC mechanism Emerging companies seek Hong Kong through multiple channels.

Since the beginning of this year, the Hong Kong stock market for new stocks has been heating up continuously, with a number of emerging companies from the fields of biotechnology, artificial intelligence, and intelligent driving seeking to list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange through Chapter 18A, Chapter 18C, and the De-SPAC mechanism. According to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, as of the end of August, there are 24 biotechnology companies applying for listing through the 18A chapter, and 12 technology companies have publicly submitted listing applications through the 18C chapter.
