The company plans to participate in the new round of financing of PhiGent Robotics Limited in cash and assets. PhiGent Robotics Limited is the parent company of Beijing Jianzhi Technology Co., Ltd. Jianzhi is a software algorithm company that mass-produces high-level intelligent driving for vehicle manufacturers, based on the Horizon platform. After this transaction is completed, both parties' intelligent driving businesses will be integrated to provide vehicle manufacturers with intelligent driving services covering low, medium, and high levels based on the Horizon platform and Qualcomm platform.
