On September 8, Gansu Electric Power Group and Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. signed a memorandum of understanding in Lanzhou. The agreement stipulates that the two parties will cooperate in research and development project development, research and development system and talent training, product promotion and market expansion, intellectual property rights, etc., and establish a mechanism for high-level visits, exchange learning, regular evaluation, research and development innovation, and other safeguards to jointly create a comprehensive new cooperation model of "resource sharing, product research together, talent cultivation together, and benefit sharing".
