Shanshui Bi-De Consortium won the bid for the Anhui Bengguan No. 7 plot development project design and overall contract.

Recently, Sansui Bi De, in conjunction with Nanjing Second Architectural Design Institute Co., Ltd., won the bid for the design and general contracting project of the development project of Lot 7 in Bengbu. The project is located in the Economic and Technological Development Zone of Bengbu City, Anhui Province, with a total area of approximately 68,000 square meters, of which residential land is about 51,000 square meters, and green space and parks to be built are about 17,000 square meters. The design and general contracting project will provide fully integrated design services throughout the entire process, including conceptual design, landscape design, and detailed construction drawings.
