The transaction parties include ASMPT Hong Kong Holding Limited, Tongfu Microelectronics Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Leading Semiconductor Development Co., Ltd., Nanning Advanced Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd., and 11 other transaction parties. The assets to be injected in this transaction are valued at 3.069 billion yuan, while the assets to be withdrawn are valued at 0.256 billion yuan. After this transaction is completed, the company will obtain control over AAMI. Beijing Jianguang will not participate in this transaction and it will not affect the company's control over AAMI.
