Alloy Investment Announcement: The company intends to acquire 27.45% of the shares of Huiyi Intelligent currently held by Xiangjiang Technology, a shareholder of Huiyi Intelligent, and 16.5% of the shares of Huiyi Intelligent held by Zhuang'an Technology, totaling 43.95% of the shares of Huiyi Intelligent. After the transaction is completed, the company will hold 82.45% of the equity of Huiyi Intelligent. The payment method for this transaction is cash payment, divided into two installments.
