The Zhixin Financial APP News reported that Donkey Technology (01745.HK) announced that Gao Yuanyuan has submitted her resignation letter to the board of directors due to other work arrangements. She resigned as an independent non-executive director and will no longer serve as the chairman of the board nomination committee and a member of the board audit committee, all effective from September 8, 2025.
