According to BeiYi Group's announcement, the company plans to adjust the total amount of funds raised by issuing A shares to specific objects in 2024 from the originally planned not exceeding 624 million yuan to not exceeding 482 million yuan. In accordance with relevant laws and regulations and the actual situation of the company, corresponding contents in the issuance plan, program demonstration analysis report, feasibility analysis report on the use of funds raised, dilution of immediate returns and offset measures, and related party commitments have been revised simultaneously.
