Chunxing Precision Machinery announced that Mr. Sun Jiexiao, the controlling shareholder, will auction 170 million shares of the company on the JD.com judicial auction network platform from September 23, 2025 to September 24, 2025, accounting for 55.91% of his holdings and 15.05% of the total share capital of the company. The judicial auction is still in the public notice stage, and there is a possibility of suspension or withdrawal of the auction, so the outcome of the auction is uncertain.
