Li Yujie, former senior finance manager of China Post Group Corporation, has been charged.

Recently, the investigation into the case of Li Yujie, former senior manager of the Finance Department of China Postal Group Co., Ltd., suspected of bribery, was concluded by the Chuxiong State Supervision Commission and transferred to the procuratorate for review and prosecution. As designated by the Yunnan Provincial People's Procuratorate, the Chuxiong State People's Procuratorate has filed a public prosecution with the Chuxiong State Intermediate People's Court in accordance with the law. The Chuxiong State People's Procuratorate accused the defendant Li Yujie of using his positions as Deputy General Manager of Henan Postal Company, General Manager of Shanxi Postal Company, Chairman of Shanxi Postal Express Logistics Co., Ltd., General Manager and Senior Manager of the Finance Department of China Postal Group Co., Ltd. to provide assistance to solicitors in promotion, job changes, and business contracting, illegally accepting large amounts of money or property from others, and should be held criminally responsible for the crime of bribery according to law.
