National Energy Administration: Preventing Illegal Proxy Electricity Business Qualification Permit

The National Energy Administration issued a notice on preventing irregular agencies from handling electricity business qualification licenses. According to relevant regulations such as the "Regulations on the Management of Electricity Business Licenses" and the "Measures for the Management of Installation of Electricity Facilities License", no fees shall be charged for the application, modification, extension, or other matters related to electricity business licenses and installation of electricity facilities licenses. The National Energy Administration and its designated institutions have never entrusted or authorized any third-party organizations or individuals to carry out business operations such as handling electricity business qualification licenses, training, or consulting. All units and individuals are urged to stay vigilant and avoid economic losses.
