The Jiangsu Provincial Market Supervision Bureau recently issued a document entitled "Several Measures for Promoting the Optimization of the Rule of Law Business Environment through the Implementation of 'Enforcement + Service'," which includes a total of 20 specific measures. Guided by the concept of optimizing enforcement, the document aims to integrate service throughout the entire process and all aspects of law enforcement, further promote the transformation of administrative law enforcement work from "management-oriented" to "service-oriented," and better stimulate the vitality of business entities. Jiang Wei, Deputy Director of the Provincial Market Supervision Bureau, introduced that the bureau focused on the five aspects of "prevention as the main approach, light penalties for minor violations, severe punishment for serious violations, proportionate penalties for excessive fines, and post-inspection visits," identifying the pain points and challenges in current law enforcement practices, systematically planning and issuing these "several measures."
