Typhoon "Taba" is moving towards the northwest, Guangxi has entered a state of emergency standby.

Reporters learned from the maritime bureau of Guangxi that around 8:50 this morning, Typhoon No. 16 "Taba" landed in Taishan, Guangdong with wind speeds of 11 levels, and continued to move northwest towards Wuzhou, Guangxi. This will have a significant impact on the safety of coastal and inland water transportation in Guangxi. The maritime bureau of Guangxi launched a level 4 emergency response to defend against the typhoon on September 7 at 9 a.m. The maritime bureaus of Wuzhou and Guigang respectively activated level 4 emergency responses at 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. on September 7. The level 4 emergency response is currently being maintained unchanged.
