Hosa Technology announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that it plans to issue 17 million shares at a maximum issue price of HK$228 per share (subject to adjustment based on the exercise of the power to adjust the amount of shares offered and the right to issue additional shares). The expected pricing date is on or before noon on September 12th, and trading is expected to begin on September 16th.
