The reporter learned from the Hainan Provincial Meteorological Bureau that Typhoon "Tapah", the 16th typhoon of this year, has formed. At 7 o'clock on the 7th, its center was located in the South China Sea about 445 kilometers southeast of Dianbai District, Maoming City, Guangdong Province, with maximum wind force near the center reaching level 9. Hainan issued a typhoon level 4 warning at 8 o'clock this morning.
