Journalists learned from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security that the National Urban Joint Recruitment of College Graduates Autumn Special Event and Xinjiang College Graduates Recruitment Conference was launched in Urumqi, Xinjiang in 2025. As the first event of the national joint recruitment in autumn this year, this recruitment fair attracted more than 20,000 participants and more than 500 enterprises and institutions covering energy resources, commerce and logistics, information technology, advanced manufacturing, and other fields, providing more than 15,000 job positions. The National Urban Joint Recruitment of College Graduates Autumn Special Event in 2025 will continue until November, focusing on college graduates and key areas such as new quality production, new hot consumption trends, and livelihood services, gradually launching a series of comprehensive and special recruitment events and employment guidance services nationwide.
