Mark stated that the reason for the platform banning his account is that they mistakenly thought he was impersonating Facebook founder Zuckerberg. However, Mark stated that he has been practicing under the name "Mark Zuckerberg" for 38 years and submitted multiple identity proofs when his account was first banned and was unblocked. However, Facebook continued to mistakenly ban his account, so he sued Facebook in May of this year and sought compensation for the promotion fee he paid.
