On September 6, the Beijing Property Rights Exchange officially disclosed that FAW Pentium Automobile Co., Ltd. has raised a total of 8.55 billion yuan. Among them, four leading companies in various fields, including Jiangsu Yueda Automobile Group Co., Ltd., Nongyin Financial Assets Investment Co., Ltd. (an investment platform under the Agricultural Bank of China), China Telecom Corporation Limited, and Nanjing Horizon Information Technology Co., Ltd., jointly invested 3.31 billion yuan. The controlling shareholder, China FAW Group Co., Ltd., also increased its capital by 5.24 billion yuan, bringing its total shares in FAW Pentium Automobile Co., Ltd. and FAW Equity Investment (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. to 79.0394%.
