Ruihu Mold: Chery Technology plans to reduce its stake in the company by no more than 3%

Ruihu Mould announced on the evening of September 5th that its shareholder Wuhu Chery Technology Co., Ltd., which holds 12.9% of the company's shares, plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 6.2796 million shares through centralized bidding or block trading within 3 months after 15 trading days.
